Medical supervision while you are losing weight on medication you obtain yourself. A doctor confirms you are a suitable candidate, agrees the dose-escalation plan with you, watches for the side effects that matter, and reviews your progress every month. Your blood pressure, weight and glucose are monitored throughout, and a dangerous reading reaches a doctor. Continuous Monitoring is included for the length of the programme.
