TarragonHealth works anywhere in Nigeria. We tell you which tests are worth doing and when, write you a request to take to any lab you like, read the result with you, and follow up. None of that waits on us signing a partner in your state, so it stays switched on wherever you live.
You pay the lab or the pharmacy directly, at their price. We take nothing on top.
What we do not yet do anywhere: collect a sample from your home, or deliver medication to your door. Those still need a contracted partner in your state, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.

Where our contracted partners are
Most of this page is self-arranged, so it needs no partner at all. A contracted lab, home visit or delivery partner is the exception: a real relationship we hold, not just a listing. This map shows where those partners are, once we have one.

What needs someone to be in Nigeria
If you are buying from abroad for yourself rather than for a relative at home, this is the half that will sit unused until you visit.
Lab tests and health check packages
We write the request; you take it to any lab in Nigeria you choose and pay them directly. That's the only path — we don't bill or book any test ourselves — and it works everywhere, in every state, without waiting on a partner.
Pharmacy collection
Buy your medication from any pharmacy near you and log the collection in the app. No partner routing, no waiting on your state.
Specialist referrals
You get a referral letter carrying your record and take it to a specialist of your choosing, in person. Available everywhere today; we do not book the appointment or take a fee.
Home sample collection
Someone comes to the house to draw a sample.
Medication delivery
Medication couriered to a Nigerian address.
