We're also rolling out automatic sync from Apple Health, Health Connect, and trackers like Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, and Dexcom, for when you'd rather it fill itself in.
Reminders keep you consistent
WhatsApp and SMS nudges arrive when a dose, reading, or check is due, so consistency stops depending on memory. You can also message your care team any time in the app.
A doctor actually reviews your numbers
On the 12-week doctor-supported programme, a doctor sets your care plan and reviews your trends on a scheduled basis, even when you feel fine. That's the difference between owning a BP monitor and being monitored.
Labs and refills are arranged for you
When a test is due or medication runs low, Tarragon tells you, writes you the request, and follows it until a doctor has read the result. You choose the laboratory or pharmacy and pay them directly.

The app is free and stays free: track your own numbers, get your screening calendar, read the whole education library, and use the AI Health Coach, with no time limit and no card required. When you want a doctor behind your readings rather than just a record of them, Continuous Monitoring starts at ₦7,500 for three months: a dangerous reading reaches a doctor on your care team instead of sitting on your record. Add a Chronic Care Review whenever one falls due, and managing your weight alongside hypertension or diabetes is part of that same review, at no extra charge.
