For a parent, spouse, or family member already linked to you on Tarragon: buy one specific check (Core Screen, or whichever they need) at today's real price. Pay for it in one go or bit by bit, in naira, wherever you are paying from. It sits on their account, named to them, until they book it.
Cover a doctor's time for them
Anything on our paid list can be bought for someone else at the same real price: a video visit, a result read back to them properly, Continuous Monitoring on their readings, or Supervised Weight Management if they're already taking weight-loss medication. Nothing renews afterwards, so there is no card of yours left on their account, and their results go to them and their doctor, and to nobody else.

Core Screen
One check, paid for once
Their once-a-year look at the things worth checking every year: liver, kidneys, blood sugar, cholesterol, urine, blood count and HIV status. A doctor reads every result with them, in writing, with a downloadable report. If they'd also like a live video consult to talk it through, that's a separate low-cost booking they can add whenever they want one.
Continuous Monitoring

A standing watch on the blood pressure, blood sugar and other readings they log: checked against care protocols, with a dangerous one put in front of a doctor rather than sitting unnoticed. Bought once for a fixed term, then it simply stops; nothing renews on its own.
Supervised Weight Management
From ₦75,000, for three months
For someone already taking weight-loss medication they've obtained themselves: a doctor confirms they're a suitable candidate, agrees a dose plan with them, watches for side effects, and reviews progress monthly. Tarragon supervises; it does not prescribe or supply the medicine.
A video visit with a doctor

The lighter option: one online consultation with a doctor, theirs to book from their own account whenever suits them. A good way to talk through a result or a worry properly.

What exactly am I buying?
One named service for someone specific, rather than a top-up balance: a health check like the Core Screen, a doctor consultation, Continuous Monitoring, or Supervised Weight Management. It sits on their account with their name on it until they choose to use it.
Who can I buy this for?
A parent, spouse, sibling, or child. If they already use Tarragon, link them as family or next of kin first, from your dashboard's Your people page. If they have not used Tarragon before, you do not need to wait for them to sign up: from Buy care for someone, you can set up a record for them yourself with their name, phone number and your relationship to them, and pay straight away. They don't need a smartphone, an app, or an account of their own for this to work.
Does a health check gift include a video call with a doctor?
A doctor reads every result in writing and sends a downloadable report. That part is included in every check. A live video consult is a separate, low-cost booking: your recipient can request one whenever they'd like to talk their results through, and you or they can pay for it at that point.
Can I pay for their lab tests too?
For a named health check bundle, yes, where we have a contracted partner laboratory: Tarragon bills one real price and settles with that laboratory directly, so there is nothing further for them to pay at the lab. For any other test, laboratories are paid directly by whoever is standing in one, at that lab's price. If you want to help with one of those, the practical way is to send them what it costs.
Will I see their results?
No. Results go to them and their doctor, and to nobody else. You will only be told when something you paid for is ready to use, and later that it was used.
What if I am buying from outside Nigeria?
That's fine. Checkout is in naira either way, whether you are paying from within Nigeria or from abroad. The gift still sits on their account until they are ready to use it.
What if they are already using Tarragon?
Even better: the gift simply sits on their account next to everything they already use, named and ready. Nothing about it bills them, then or later.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay the whole amount at once or spread it over as many instalments as you like. Nothing expires while you are still paying.
