Your journey: Cardiometabolic Health Check
Is this for you?
Yes, at any age. These are the checks that quietly explain most preventable illness in Nigeria, and they only get more useful once you have a few years of readings to compare against.
Book it
Book the Annual Health Check in the app and pick a partner lab near you. The price is shown before you pay, and it's the price you pay.
Test day
One visit: a blood draw plus blood pressure, weight, and height measured properly. Fasting isn't required for every version, and the app tells you exactly what to do beforehand.
Results & what's next
A doctor reads every result against your history, usually within about two weeks, and adds it to your Health Passport. Most checks come back clear; that's the point, and it's worth paying for. If something needs attention, your doctor follows up the same day.
The pattern behind every screening
Four steps, every time
Whichever screening you're looking at above, the mechanics behind it are the same.
1
Know what's recommended
Pick your age and sex below, or sign up and let your real profile (age, sex, family history) build your personal screening calendar automatically.
2
Book, with the price upfront
Every screening is booked through a vetted partner lab or clinic. You see the exact price and confirm before anything is booked, never a surprise bill afterward.
3
One visit, most of the time
Most checks are a single visit: a blood sample, a measurement, or a short procedure. The app tells you exactly how to prepare beforehand.
4
A doctor reads every result
Nothing is left to a printout. A doctor reviews every result against your history. An abnormal result triggers an immediate alert and same-day follow-up; it's never just filed away.
Want this built around you automatically?
This page shows a general journey by age and sex. Sign up and your real screening calendar is built from your actual age, sex, and family history, with reminders when something comes due, and the whole thing bundled into the one-day Annual Health Check if you'd rather do it all at once.
In an emergency, go to your nearest hospital
TarragonHealth is for ongoing and preventive care; it does not provide emergency treatment. If you or someone you care for has severe symptoms such as chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a stroke, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number right away.
